Hosted by the Internet Society of China (ISC), 2015 (2nd) China Internet Enterprises Social Responsibility Forum was held on Nov. 24th, in Beijing. The theme of the Forum was “Innovation and Power”.

Gao Lulin, Vice President of ISC made a speech, pointed out that enterprises fulfill their social responsibility is the objective requirement and important way for Internet sustainable development. Innovation not only means enterprises should conduct independent innovation, promote product, technology, service upgraded, also means enterprises continually build sound mechanism, innovate mode of transmission, advance with the times.

Shi Xiansheng, Deputy Secretary General, release Report on Internet Industry Society Responsibility. The report indicates that Internet enterprises pay more attention to the fulfillment of social responsibility, by working hard to make contribution to the industry and society development. But in general, it still needs improvement. The report advices that Internet enterprises should strengthen the awareness of social responsibility, make an overall planning for performing responsibility, and build up related systems.

Internet companies such as Alibaba, Tencent, DIDI Taxi, Hangzhou Ancun Technology, 360 share an introduction to their practice respectively. Representative from Alibaba said that without social responsibility practice in business mode, there will not be sustainable development. Tencent integrated social responsibility into business operation considering personal property.  DiDi committed to one-stop service, bear environment responsibility actively, save resources, solve user’s traffic problem by technology innovation. As an electronic data security technology based company, Ancun made contribution to a sound Internet environment, promote Internet legalization.

At the Forum, more than 20 Internet companies signed the Declaration on Internet Enterprise Social Responsibility.
